Thanks for the query. One month of hair fall usually relates to an acute cause or sometimes the beginning of a chronic cause. Did you have an illness in preceding few months like a typhoid, malaria or did you undergo a surgery? Are there any acute stressors, any unusual problems? If there are so, you may be having a condition called telogen effluvium, and usually settles in few months time even without any treatment. You should have a healthy diet and good sleep. Premature graying of hair is not uncommon in general population in today's world. The cause could be multi-factorial and needs to be assessed. It could be genetic, environmental, constitutional or some nutritional deficiencies. While the treatment options are limited, an attempt to prevent further graying can definitely be made. Meet a Dermatologist for better understanding and treatment plan. Hope it helps you.

Greetings - so if i have understood your symptoms currectly - you have recent - sudden onset hair loss as well as greying. The main possibilities include - hormonal disorder / vitmain deficiency / diffuse alopecia areate / recent metabolic or severe mental stress(?). I would suggest detailed evaluation and assessment by a qualified deramtologist - including dermoscopy / blood tests for tsh /vit b12 levels/etc and further treatment as per diagnosis. Hope this helps. Warm regards
