Active vasculitis
Vasculitis in eye.... Rashes are also on both lower legs...der was a nodule in chest of 16mm which reduced to 11mm without any medication in 6 months....pgi docs say der is no pulmonary intervention... Nd no need to worry ABOU TB...montoux 30*32 mm ...family history of tb.... No fever/loa/low....urine r/e wnl.... ANCA,ana negative.... Blurry vision .... Intolerance to sunlight even at 10AM.... Angiography revealed vasculitis and healed choroditis ....Attaching pics of rashes that are on lower legs.... Pls help me out

Your vasculitis and rashes on limbs suggests that there is some active pathology in your body. Further, the nodule (even though reduced in size) and the Mantoux positivity needs review by a physician specialized in TB treatment. We cannot afford to ignore even small symptoms of this deadly condition (TB). Don't get alarmed, good medicines are now available. Healed choroiditis lesions will not have good visual function. You will need regular followup with your retina specialist.
