Acne vulgaris grade IV
I have acne vulgaris grade four and it's severe, i have acne all over my 😔 face and pimples are mild usually all are blackheads as on nose and on cheeks and forehead. Sometimes they convert into pimples but not all of them. I am using amway attitude face wash as i have sensitive skin but it's not working that much. All face washes don't suit me. Please prescribe some description and suggestions and i am having acne since 2 years. I have consulted a dermatologist but the medicines are not effective that much. And i don't want chemical peels.

Dear Ma'am! The amount of information you have provided is suggestive of acne vulgaris grade 2 and not grade 4. I understand the amount of stress you are going through and I would like to help you to the best of my knowledge! If you have predominantly black heads, the foremost treatment is comedone extraction. Besides you will also be required to take a course of oral antibiotics with topical anti acne gels. Sunscreen atleast once in the morning is must. Regarding face wash, you may use cetaphil cleansing lotion. It works excellent for extra sensitive skin. You are always welcome to consult me in person for further detailed discussion and best and affordable treatment crafted for you.
