For the mole please consider a surgical removal. For the scars fractional lasers would be beneficial. Undereye pigmentation could be due to various reasons such as lack of sleep, poor nutrition, strain on the eyes, atopy etc. Please consider a dermatologist so that you are evaluated for the same and started on treatment accordingly.
