I have shallow acne scars on my face the marks faded up to some extent after going through 5 sessions of dermaroller of 2mm length should I go for laser resurfacing to get better result or should I continue with my dermaroller session

Wait for 6-12 month after last session, ask your doctor other option including Laser surfacing..
