Greetings. PCOD typically cause acne in lower part of face owing to raised levels of testosterone. Even if menstruation is restored back to normal. Hormones at skin levek continue to trouble. Acne in PCOD are quite resistant to routine line of treatment. Lifestyle modification is must. A proper diet n regular execise is important along with medicines. After complete physical and Laboratory evaluation you might need specific medicines to solve your problem. Oral medicines and topical creams will be important as we must prevent further marks and scars. Visit a qualified dermatologist in your vicinity as soon as possible. Good luck.
