Avoid constipation, take more fires foods,no fried,street foods,NI oiy junk ,avoid pollution, allergies,. proper skin maintain ing by good quality medicared cream, try to including always whole grains, greens as roughage, whole fruits, apple, guava, citrus fruy,pear, etc. gourd family vegetables like karela, lau,seeds based vegetables, lie oil,low spicy whole cut vegetables within your all meals. more specific u can write me on personal chat.

increase the consumption of raw foods like salads, fruits and sprouts.
Drink two to three glasses of water in morning.
In a day drink two to three litres of water.
Walk five kms daily.
