Acne/pimple wounds- scalp. To treat it.

Hi Doctor, I have pimple/acne type wounds on my scalp. They're about 3-5 in number and the biggest one is as big as 2mm in its diameter. Ever since I moved in my new house in Apr 2012, I have had an increased hair fall and gradually dandruff became a little permanent as compared to a winter phenomenon. The scalp became scratchy and I happened to do that too much while sleeping. The flakes were there by default and in 2-3 places the flakes turned into wounds and that made me scratch all the more and peel it off. Now those pimple shape wounds are painful when I scratch and bleed when I do it too hard. I try oiling at times but i don't know what is happening. I have also tried homeopathy but I wasn't told any thing except getting the med from the doctor. Please help me understand what is wrong😑and what should I do to treat it.
