Greetings! PCOS requires thorough evaluation and management. Alongwith medical management, lifestyle changes are also important in pcos. Only creams wont help in treating acne if there is any underlying disorder. Kindly consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Acne treatment takes 2 to 3 months. So, please follow dermatologist's prescription and follow up with patience. PCOS is not a disease. It is just a different body type. Not all PCOS patients have problems. It cannot be cured. Any problems due to PCOS have to be managed medically.
