Acne marks on back
I have frequent acne on my back. As a results, there have been acne marks for a very long time. I have been using retinol A (0.025%) for a long time now. I tried depiwhite too on doctors recommendation. Did not help. Should I continue this medication?

Hi, thank you for the question.For acne marks you can undergo chemical peeling along with topical tranexamic acid combination creams and for fresh acne you can apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5% cream. Avoid any sort of parlor activities on the back. All the best.

dear ms, for how long have you been using retino A ? oral medications may be required, we have to work up and see if you need to get tests done to rule out hormonal involvement. spots on the back can be cleared with the right chemical peels and fresh lesions can be reduced. as of now you can use benzoyl peroxide 2.5% soap to wash your back daily
