Acne might be due to excess sebum production (oily skin ) and hormonal changes and dietary habits ..Upper back acne might be due to dandruff if present too ..need to use specific moisturizer for oily prone skin and specific sunscreen unlike regular moisturizer and sunscreen and you can consult online for proper prescription medications .
