Acne between buttocks
I've been getting medium acne between buttock cracks for more than 5 years intermittently. It comes and goes and sometimes it hurts when sitting

Are you sure it is acne? Diagnosed by any doctor? Most common lesion in males at the buttock crease is pilonidal sinus. It has be removed surgically and recurrences are common even after surgery. Consult a general or plastic surgeon
