My face is full of acne and acne scars and mostly on the chin and chicks my acne are big in size and I have acne scars and dark patches on chicks due to pus please suggest me suitable medicine for this problem thank you

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
