Hello there
One of the common things that would lead a 25yr female with persistent acne would be PCOD and it must be ruled out if there were to be PCOD then can be easily treated with a combined approach of a dermatologist and a gynaecologist

Unfortunately there is no treatment for acne which can totally cure it. But yes with maintenance treatment you can prevent new acne lesions from coming back.
