Acne and dull skin, hair damaged

I have a dry and dull skin but starting from this summer I got lots of zits and pimples on my face and their marks too. And when I look my skin it seems that it is quite dull and dry. My hairs falling more than ever I'm having dranduff too. Which causes darksness of my forhead Kindly give me any suggestions.
