ACL tear injury in knee
I had an two wheeler accident on 22nd March and having ACL injury as told by doctor after MRI done. There is no pain but having now but can't walk and problem in putting weight. I am attaching my report with it ,what should I do ?

You have a bony avulsion of ACL from the tibia with the anterior horn of lateral meniscus also attached to the fragment. You need surgery for the same at the earliest. The bony avulsion needs to be fixed arthroscopically. If you choose to not get operated now due to COVID you may need ACL reconstruction surgery in future. Above knee plaster for 6 wk With physiotherapy may help. Non weight bearing crutch walking. Review there after.

Your ACL is completely torn as per report. In ACL tears there is nothing like it should to be painful after 1month. It's matter of stability which Is provided by ACL is lost. So you feel giving way sensation of knee while twisting movements.
Next Steps
start ACL prehab. consult arthroscopic surgeon plan surgery to get back to normalcy and back to sports
