Hi Doctor I had fever last 2 days 102. Now fever is 98 but feeling acidic stomach . Kindly suggest for acitic stomach and gas. thanks

Take rabeprazole 20mg once a day empty stomach Syp gelusil 2tsf 3times a day for 5days
