Acid reflux
My sister is suffering from acid reflux for a while now and we have been asked to get an endoscopy done. She is running a temperature since yesterday along with loss of appetite and headaches. Is this also related to acid reflux?

Not related to it. Consider it because of any viral infection. Carry endoscopy later. Consider of doing USG Abdomen and pelvis.

Headache and loss of appetite may be related to your gastritis....Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Temperature is unlikely to be related with acid reflux. Kindly consult a physician for needful action.
