Can acid reflux cause pain in chest at centre as when i get up there a pain in centre of chest and get acidity repeatedly which makes me uncomfortable

Hi, as per your quary , let me clarify that your food pipe resides inside chest, so any acid reflux will lead to chest discomfort and tightness.  You need acid suppressor medicines and anti reflux medicines also.  A void spicy food, tea , coffee
