Ache in lumbar and near sacroiliac joint
Suffering with sleeplessness cause of severe ache in lumbar and near to the SI joint. Ache in the lumbar area becomes severe during night and SI joint pains when i walk or move with right leg. Result of Lumbar x-ray is positive and no trace of tuberculosis in blood test. Still no doctors wasn't able to diagnose the root cause of these pains, whether it is a muscle pain or bone pain.

See some physio to learn postural exercises, take some days physiotherapy sessions as you may be already consuming many pills, put ice and check if that relieves your pain. It will be better in 15-20 days if you land up in to right hands.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Lower back ache could be mechanical (poor posture), weak bones, trauma or tuberculosis.
Next Steps
You should consult an orthopaedic and get an MRI LS spine done.
