Accumulated belly fat.
Sir/Mam. Help me to reduce my belly fat. I have a lean body but my stomach is bulging out. My height is 5'11". and weight is 76 kg. Stomach coming out so i am unable to wear formal clothes. Stomach is clearly visible so it looks odd and i loose confidence. Suggest diet chart. I go for a 2 km walk.

Good morning, Continue your exercises and brisk walk in addition to this do lower abdominal exercises after 40 mnt walk. Eat healthy balance low fat high fibre diet with plenty of water Keep gao of 2 hrs in between food and sleep yo avoid belly fat.
