Yes there is treatment for your problem and gradually you can avoid allopathic medicines for hypertension, - initially you have to change your food habits and life style - always maintain time of having food. - avoid intake of coffee, smoking and alcohol - low salt diet - diet rich in potassium like banana, coconut water, green leafy vegetables - diet shld contain unsaturated fatty acids like soyabean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil. - high fiber diet and nutritious diet - Indian gooseberry is more beneficial to prevent hypertension - adopting panchakarma you can really come out of major problem.
