Hi, Congratulations on becoming a mother. Well, about losing weight, on breastfeeding you can lose few kilos, specially from tummy. Other than that, you need to get into few types of abdominal exercises, which helps tighten your loose muscles of tummy. Among diet part, portion control is main. Since you having craving for eating, better you eat less but frequently, say in 2hrs gap, but little quantity. Prefer foods from variety of milk products and seasonal fruits,instead of junk or processed foods, or fried items.
Are u lactating mother, if yes u will reduce gradually by breast feeding.
On the other hand you consume more fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products,almonds,kismis,walnut,khajur etc. Take plenty of Luke warm water.
Do yoga or exercises.
