Pelvic pain at 30 weeks pregnancy has multiple reasons
Simple reason is, your baby's head occupying the lower pole of uterus can compress the nerves over there, it's called pressure effects.
It's completely normal.
But in case you have associated symptoms like
*Pelvic pain+ white discharge+ mild itching - candidiasis( fungal infection)
*Pelvic pain+ back pain+ mild contractions- threatened preterm labour
*Pelvic pain+ burning micturition - urinary tract infection
Next Steps
if growth scan is not done, get it done and also look for cervical length, you can get a urine microscopy test too
The head of the baby comes down because of which you might feel tightness at the pelvic region
If you have pain every 10-15 mins then it's a warning sign and you have to visit your Gynacologist as soon as possible
As the weight of baby is increasing and ur nerves getting , its normal but have to rule out any vaginal infection to prevent preterm delivery. If any UrinaryTract Infection, even then u can have pain
So consult your gynaec
