Supplementing diet with tablet  is one of the most common  reason  mother are unable  to  give balanced  diet as they get bit relaxed that supplements  are  going on nothg will be deficit.  stop relying  on  them...  Home made food with all love and hygiene  is best nutrition  for  your baby.  make sure to give Atleast 4-5  serving per day and give variety  to their food.  explore  their taste and flavours .  and add a spoon of ghee / butter / few lemon drops / jaggery  in place of sugar to increase  taste and nutrition. 😊

For how long you want to give medicines to your child. I would suggest if he is not deficient stop giving unnecessary medication. Kids usually gets attracted to food in different shape, colour and smell. I would suggest try this way. Stop screen time specially during meal time. Let him play. Give him variety of fruits.
