About pregnancy...
I have a mitral heart replacement in the year 2002 in Mumbai. since I have take warfarin, ramistar 1.25, calaptin 40 tablet daily. But now i my 10 week pregnant . My doctor say use FONDAZEST 2.5 mg / 0.5 ml inj daily instead of warfarin . I want to this is right way to go ?? Other tables are continue or not ??? please help me.

Need to stop ramistar and calaptin. Shift to beta blockers, metoprolol instead of calaptin .Warfarin already changed to fondaparinox is done rightly.
