About pregnancy?
Hi I had my periods on 26/07/2015 and now I missed my periods this month so done with my beta hcg blood test and my level is 61.5 miu/ml it shows 2 week pregnancy and I also done with my transvaginal scan on 02/09/2015 from that they found my embryo is too thicken but they unable to find my yolk sac yet am I pregnant?

Yes you are pregnant. What you do not know yet is if the pregnancy is viable or not. The doctor would have recommended a repeat ultrasound in 4 weeks to see if the fetus is present and growing.
If in the meantime you start bleeding its suggesting that the pregnancy is unlikely to be healthy enough to continue.
