First thing you need that self motivation to lose on your weight and attain what you wish for...you need to follow a strict diet containing low carbs and high protein and fibre...a dietician can help you on that...do minimal 30 min of exercise in the form of brisk walk,jog,swimming, cycling etc...you can also include green teas which help you giving anti oxidants...all the best
