About navel
Hi I heard that 3-4 drops of oil we have to put into the navel at night, it makes circulation better, is it right? I did it 4-5 times . Is it good or not . I have to stop or continue it . Is there any advantage or disadvantage of this. Please guide me.

Hello.. Well in allopathy there is no such theory...I don't think there is something like that...So if there is anything you have heard of like that...You can continue..But am not sure how much helpful it is...Thank you
