There is no need to worry . Sperm production is a continuous process. But excess of everything is harmful,  so be in limit and take nutritious diet .

Thank you for your question. Doctor's answer to you question is absolutely correct. Masturbation is good for your sexual and mental health. Your sexual organs include the testes which makes sperm and a variety of glands that provide nutrition, energy and a transport medium so that the sperm mature, and swim effectively in the female genital tract. Eventually only a single spern actually fertilises the ovum and it is the one that wins the race. Sperm production continues into old age. What changes is the body's ability to continuously provide the nourishment that the sperm needs to function optimally. So, to make sure your sperm are fit and healthy you needs to be fit and healthy. Exercise, a positive attitude, rest and good nutrition are the basic ingredients. Add to this a good maturation and lovemaking technique and your sperm will be unstoppable. Then you will need to find a good contraceptive too :) hope this helps
