About eating of food
With ayurveda medicine I eat everything or I do not eat .please tell me. For eg: I want to take chach .is there any problem or not?

It all depends upon the type of your disease and the type of medicines you are taking. Sometimes you can consume something in morning but the same edible is contraindicated in evening.
