NO. Though the name is bestova, It is not a magical pill. It is a medicine which may make few women pregnant in first month of use, but thats not a surety for everyone who takes it
It is a medicine which is given to stimulate the ovary to produce an egg ( Ovum ) so that fertilisation can happen. Usually such medicines are prescribed by Gynecologists to help infertile couples to conceive.
