Abnormal Hair Growth on face in & Acne.

Hi Doctors, I am facing a very weird issue on my face and red corner of eyes. I have become extremely allergic to wind. As soon as wind hits my face, the whole face (and eye) becomes red with prominent pores. A white color stuff comes out of skin pores and inside corner of eyes. Also, Thin hair  have grown at these places on skin. From inside corner of eyes, white thread like  discharge along with loose hair strands (from corner). Also, This same thing happens after I have nightfalls or after ejaculation. Eyes/Skin reddens up, feels heavy, itchy. Pores show up on skin with white discharge and  white thread like discharge from corner of eyes which settles under eyelids and irritates the whole eyes. I have met a lot of doctors and no anti histamine has been of any help. Kindly advise. Also, please suggest tests that can be done to find root cause. Help please!
