Abdominal pain with bleeding per rectum
Abdominal pain since 15 days associated with dyspepsia...constipation since15 days... also having rectal bleed small amount but frank blood

Hello.well it's quite possible that due to constipation and the straining you are having the symptom of bleeding...I would suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined for it..you need to have more fibre in your diet...and drink water well..don't strain while passing motions...thank you
