  4. Abdominal pain. Symptom of pregnancy?

In a previous month on 13 april I have a medical abortion and after 4 day we had a unprotect sex and I took i pill 72 . And again in 22 i was with my period. Than we had taken precotion But now yesterday was 22 and I do not have period yet and I am suffering with abdominal pain and white discharge and yesterday I had pregnancy test it was nagetive . I want to know why it is happening and is it the symptom of pregnancy? Pls help
