Abdomen pricks and muscle pain
I am facing stomach muscle tenderness on both sides of stomach below ribcages.Due to which I see constipation and back pain added.can you please let me know what might be the issue.

May be Gastritis. Or CONSTIPATION. NEED DETAILED HISTORY AND OTHER DETAILS TO PLAN TREATMENT. AVOID SPICY FOODS MILK DERIVATIVES ALL ANIMAL FOODS. AVOID SPICY FOODS COFFEE TEA COLD DRINKS ALCOHOL JUNK FOOD SMOKING ETC.
