Abdomen penis area dryness
I have cuts n dryness near penis area due to winter n tight clothes.I have itching through out due to this plz suggest me good moisturizer, I have started using sirona natural intimate wash for keeping that area clean

Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending more photos.

Hi, commonly near the genitals, groins and in between the legs, there could be
1. Friction rubs
2. Bacterial infections
3. Fungal infections.
Each of these need to be treated differently after due diagnosis after examination.
Firstly 1. Do not scratch. 2. Use a medicated oatmeal based moisturizer to reduce dryness.
3. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you in person for due examination and treatment.
