Abdomen pain since 2 days

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Im male 26 years. I have this bad abdomen pain since 2 days. The pain oscillates from low to high and is very frequent since past 2 days. No fever, no vomiting. Since a week ago if I drink more water, i'm feeling some uneasiness in the stomach. A feeling to stop water consumption. I have had no problem during sanitation. Kindly suggest what the problem is. I have took stomach ache tablets but it was of not much help.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. What you can do for now is take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. And tab. Drotin twice a day after food for 3 days.
