Abdomen pain
My girl friend is having abdomen pain & also having pain her chest.her belly came out like she is having 1month pregnancy .what to do suggest me as soon as possible.

U have not specified if it is full abdomen pain or upper abdomen pain. Most common causes of chest pain with abdomen pain are gastritis or gall bladder stone or infection. Associated abdominal distension can be there with them. Anyway u need to get whole abdomen ultrasound to rule out other causes. consult your doctor.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Swelling of abdomen and pain abdomen can be due to many reasons like gastritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, cholecystitis. She will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations including ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. So kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation
