Lower  abdomen pain from center to left . Happened twice before  , this time  its quite unbearable .

Dear patient, You might be suffering from acute gastritis.. Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food.. Don't skip your meals.. I hope you don't have any other complaints apart from pain.. If the symptoms still persist consult any physician for further management..
