  4. Abdoman pain, fever, cold. Let us know.

Abdoman pain, fever, cold
Hi Doctor My nephew is suffering from lower abdomen pain fever and cold. We have consulted with the doctor three four times but they have given the following medicines and still he is not having relief. 1. 3 gentamycin injection 2. Tynol mf cyrup 100mg mefenaice 250 practmol 3. Ascoril D+ cyrup 4. Saptran 5. Codimol 100 Baby is still suffering from lower abdomen pain and doctor has not suggested for any laboratory test. Please help us for correct suggestion and if required any Infosys please let us know.

You have not mentioned your nephews age, so it is difficult to be certain about the diagnosis. I would recommend that certain tests be carried out including TLC, DLC, ESR (blood tests), urine and stool examination, and possibly X ray abdo, USG whole abdo as needed. Treatment will be as per results, Warm regards
