A small painful lump in throat

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I just noticed a small painful lump in throat this morning when i went for a walk and stretched my neck backward. I sort of felt a pain in my neck/throat nerve a little above the voice box. My throat is neither swollen nor any lump is visible when i see myself. However i can feel it when i stretch it.
