A diet for bellyfat

Im 23, 5.5 inch height weighing around 56kg. But i have really big belly. I don't have that much fat in other parts. Morning : cereals. How much exactly should i take. I have access to fruits N fruit juice. Then chapattis and egg curry. Im kinda allergic to chicken. I don't like any other fuds that they serve there
