My frnd has a tendency of pain in her right breast feels like a lump near periods time Is this a symbol of Breast cancer ?

pain is not a feature of breast cancer unless it is advanced stage. Your friends symptoms suggest that she is having fibroadenosis. Anyway, it is better if she cosults a surgeon.
