9 month old hasn't gained weight
My baby is 9 months old and weighs 7.5kgs. Her weight hasn't increased in past 40 days. Her formula intake has reduced and she doesn't like much of any solid/purées ... What can I give her to increase her appetite and for weight gain? Breast milk stopped at 5 months due to low supply.

Try to figure out what flavour or texture your child likes. Try out a lot of home food like khichdi, soup, halwa, porridge etc She may have started teething so that reduces the interest in food for a while . If she is active and playful don't worry. Keep a track of her overall growth with regular weight, length and Head circumference measurements. Play peek a boo, pat a cake , get her light and sound toys and talk a lot to your baby, simple 1 or 2 word with animated facial expressions. She may need iron supplement but get a checkup and let the doctor decide.

Better to avoid bottle feeds, add less sugar in feeds, feeding a child of 9 months is a challenge but every mother has to pass this stage, you can give appetizers like liv52 drops, but don't stop trying home made foods, juices, liquids
