8 month old baby diarrhea
My son passing watery loose motion for more frequently like around 7 to 8 times daily and he feel so tired, yesterday I checked his temp and more than 100F so given P125 for 3 times and now he doesn't have fever which is around 98F only but still he refused food and half of the food vomiting sometimes, past two days giving Sporlac half on morning and night with from today given Zand D for morning as suggested by pediatrician   when he had watery stool last time but still he is taking half of his food as usually we takes and not active  at all but looks bit better compare to yesterday night Please suggest shall I continue with this medicine and any remidies and how long to get recover

Add ORS which contains zinc. continue paracetamol 1tsf whenever necessary. So ORS+paracetamol 125mg/5ml 1tsf sos. use banana mash. I am sure it will work . pay attention to Hygiene .

Need baby physical examination. And give Walyte ors one sachets with 200 ml water on demand .
