7yo armpit spot no itching or rash

Asked for Male, 40 Years

My 7yo daughter has few brownish spot and rash like mark on one side of armpit noticed few weeks back it's still there and some verysmall bumpy one now . No sun exposure or hygeine issues as such . Please advise any home remedies or suggestions Attached pic
