Dear parents,        You have twin. 7months. Little detail you should know. 100ml milk gives 70 calories energy. 100gm food gives 350 calories of energy. 100ml juices gives 55 calories of energy. I suggest, stop giving milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc & from 8pm to 8am give milk if mother milk is available its preferable, or give toned milk. Don't add water, add sugar as per our taste & give by spoon - katori or sankya or glass. To start with, stop milk for 4hours in day time & give semi solid diet for 15days, next 15days stop milk for 8hours & give semi solid diet, finally stop milk for 12hours&give semi solid diet. As you all know brain develop in first 2years, give them following supplement,      D-UPDROPS 1ML ONCE A DAY. FERIS DROPS 1ML ONCE A DAY. ZINCOVIT DROPS 1ML ONCE A DAY. & SYP OSTEBON ONE TEASPOON FUL TWICE A DAY. GIVE ABOVE SUPPLEMENT UPTO 2 YEARS OF AGE.

If forced to give top milk feeds, then yes, switch to number 2. At this age, give 2 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to other items like dal,Dalia, mashed potatoes, porridge, soft boiled eggs, and whatever you cook at home. Mash the food a bit to make it semi solid, but give them as separate items, don't mix them up. Give 5-6 spoons of water after every solid meal,i.e,twice a day at this time.
