Iam 18 years old i wanna increase my height 2 or 3 inch more my goal is to get 6 feet or 5feet 11 is it possible please help me i wanna get 6feet so what should i do and what should i eat in my meal to increase my height

Hello HEIGHT IS GENITIC....If ur mom dad heighted then u also....and ur only 18 so ur growth is on going till 22 u can grow...and do following... Take adequet diet... VIT D3 NATURAL FROM MORNING SUN... but u can go for streching exersizes... skipping... hanging.... swimming... THANK U SO MUCH...
