Our body cannot do thiamine b1, from food we can get this or supplement. Few day we can continue b1 supplement, and than slowly can shift on natural thiamine food intake, check thiamine food list with your doctor. I know almost all doctor forcing for detail info, & consultation, but generally nobody give fully suggestions/tips/medications without knowing indizual detail info about patients on this public forum.so please understand us and for proper guidance, tip, treatment please consult with your doctor.
